It is suitable from 2+ months post vaccination in Ireland for the treatment of childhood Pain & Fever in situations where your baby might be ill or running a fever after vaccination.

Paralink Infant solution is the only Paracetamol Solution available on the Irish market which is 100% colour free, sugar free, alcohol free & delivers 100% accurate dosage all the time. Paralink is now available in both 100ml and 60ml Size

Paralink Paracetamol Suppositories

 
Available over the counter from your local pharmacy, Paralink suppositories are a safe, fast and effective way to manage your babies pain & fever problems when oral medicine is not suitable. Suppositories are absorbed fast throught the bowel and are fully dissolved within 25 mins. Paralink Suppositories are safe enough to use on children from 3 months.

 

Available in two strengths, Paralink Suppositories 180mg for children (white Package) and 500mg for adults (blue Package).  Suppositories guarantee 95-98% dosage to the patient and are suitable when oral medicine can not be taken, for example when a child is vomiting.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Paralink Solution V Suspension?     What is the real difference?

 

 

The benefit of Paralink solution over suspensions is that you are guaranteed the correct dosage of Paracetamol in every teaspoonful. 

 

Studies show that with Paracetamol suspension products there is a higher chance, over time, of the Paracetamol falling towards the bottom of the bottle. Leading to the situation of increased concentration of Paracetamol content in the bottom of an un-shaken bottle.

 

If a bottle of suspension is not shaken before each use, this can lead to an incorrect dosage for your baby if other suspensions are not "shaken" correctly.

 

 The Paralink Solution advantage 

 

Not so with Paralink solution. Paralink is homogeneous and delivers 100% dosage all the time. If you forget to shake, there is no need to worry about the dosage

This guarantees 100% of the stated dosage 100% of the time, be it 1 day or 1 month after opening the bottle. No need to worry about shaking the bottle, when called by a sick baby to a bedside early in the morning or during the night. 

Another benefit of a solution is that the taste of Paracetamol is soft and so it tastes better. We use a naturally derived sweetener from a naturally grown source to add sweetness to our solution.
